Linde’s Biography

Even though it’s hard to believe today, the Linde has experienced quite a bit in her now over 100-years lifespan.

She’s undergone quite a few visual changes, and her name and the use of her large cargo hold have also changed several times since her launch in 1910.

After such a long history, it’s not easy to find information and pictures of the Linde’s early days. It’s a shame she can’t tell us her story herself.

Fortunately for us, and now for you, we’re in contact with a family who operated the Linde, back then still as a cargo ship. So, we’ve managed to get some more information including some great old photos and are now able to give you a little insight into the Linde’s life story.
